High Precision Diamond Scribes
These diamond scribes are the ultimate
instruments for delicate work. They can be used for scribing
under the microscope or for scribing and repairing thin film
circuits, micro circuits, small circuit boards, integrated
circuits. they are useful for cleaning or trimming circuits or
for building or breaking new lines. The diamond mounting is .8mm
diameter (.032") with a reduced shank size of .5mm (.020") or
.25mm diameter (.010") which holds the diamond stylus. The
natural diamond has a 60° included angle and a .120mm(.005") tip
radius. The integrated 6.35mm (.250") diameter anodized
hexagonal (non -rolling) aluminum handle has a positive finger
grip in the form of grooves for easy control and non-slippage.

plastic container

This light weight and versatile high
precision pin vise handle is
machined from the finest material. It features a
precision drawbar for positive collet chuck clamping.
The hexagonal barrel measures 8mm (.310") diameter by
100mm ( 4") and 115mm overall when fully assembled. A knurled finger grip allows for precise control. It is
supplied with a standard collet chuck with a bore
diameter of 2mm(.078") for use with knife blades and
special tools as well as a collet adapter with a
diameter of 0.8mm (.030") for diamond stylus chucking.
