s-Collidine Buffer Kit

2,4,6-Trimethylpyridine

 Very stable buffer  ●  Provides excellent fixation  ●  Easy to make
Pour 9ml of 2N HCl, add 5.34ml of s-Collidine, mix well and
add distilled H₂O up to 200 ml for a pH 7.4 solution.

 1 kit consists of: 5.34 ml s-Collidine and
9.0 ml of 2N HCl
