A new concept for easy location of every square in this new 200 mesh finder grid. Each of the 322 grid squares can be identified by reference to its unique combination of 2 binary number and alphabet letter symbol (A-T). The numbers are arranged horizontally 1-20. A 5 digit binary number appears on the bottom horizontal bar of each of the 322 grid squares. 0 is represented by a short rounded solid pillar. 1 is represented by a longer rounded solid pillar.

Available in copper, nickel or gold. Gilded nickel is also available on special order.

The G200F4 index grid offers a combination of new features. By using a rectangular mesh the support value has been increased, offering an intermediate value between the most commonly used grid types:200-300 mesh.

Each grid rectangle is asymmetrical, having different outlines in all 4 corners. This enables the orientation of the grid to be determined at microscopic levels. The index feature enables the position of each grid to be identified with reference to the letters A-O along the horizontal axis and the numbers 1-15 along the vertical axis. The logo in the rim allows for precise orientation and aids in the identification of each side

On the Type G100F1 specimen support grid, each of the 60 grid squares is identified using a base two binary numbering system. The six binary number symbols appear on the bottom grid bars along the horizontal axis. Zero is represented by a short pillar and one by a longer pillar

At the left is an enlarged view of grid square no.9 - a long pillar at the extreme right represents decimal 1 and a long pillar fourth from the right represents a decimal 8.
