SHARPENING: The sides of your knife are wet
                       ground to smooth accurate
                       finish

STROPPING: This gives your knife that new
                      appearance

INSPECTION: The profile of every edge is
                       inspected.  Even a slight
                       imperfection is rejected.

SHIPPING: Your knives are coated with oil,
                 wrapped, boxed and shipped
