Model 311 Series Fixed Speed Rotators

Our 311 Series Rotators provide a slow, gentle, rotary motion to specimens during processing and are suitable for all fixing, dehydration, embedding, washing and staining procedures. This ensures and speeds up penetration through uniform exposure of the specimen to reagents.

The rotator comes with a standard rotating head and accepts 12 vials up to 25mm diameter. (#1026 and # 1027). The three models offer 2 rpm, 4 rpm or 10 rpm. These speed settings ensure no frictional damage to the specimen occurs and even viscous embedding media will be kept flowing during specimen infiltration. The small size of the Rotator allows it to be used in a refrigerator or incubator as well. as on the bench top.  The operating  temperature range  is 0 to 32ºC. The rotator is also available with a clip type rotating head, (12 plastic coated clips).

The rotator is equipped with an ON/OFF switch, grounded power cord
