EasyDip^™ Slide Staining System

Finally!! A user friendly approach for staining your microscope slides.

 The EasyDip^TM Slide Staining System has two components: a square staining jar and a 12-position vertical slide rack. Jars can be loosely joined to each other laterally, thus insuring they are kept in the same order when moved around on the laboratory counter. As an extra benefit, they are available in 5 different colors to help in better identifying contents or applications.

The staining jar is  made of resistant acetal plastic. It will be much less susceptible to breakage than glass jars.  It will resist to attacks by most staining agents including alcohol and xylenes but not phenol. The wide stable base offers greater stability while the inside is recessed, allowing for a smaller reagent volume of only 80 ml. Easy to clean and no metals to corrode. Ideal for special stains, frozen sections and special processes.

The EasyDip^TM Slide Staining Rack will hold up to 12 microscope slides such as 25x75mm (3x1”) and even 26x76mm and with a thickness of 1.0 and 1.2 mm. The slides fit into individual slots for free passage and rapid drainage of staining fluids. Since they are placed vertically in the rack and not horizontally, their writing area will not be stained by fluid, allowing their removal without the use of forceps. This staining rack is made of a material specially formulated for rapidly drying slides in a microwave processor, or at temperatures up to 120°C. The lid completely covers the EasyDip^TM Slide Staining Jar to minimize spill and evaporation. A handle is permanently attached to the rack for easy insertion and removal of slides without your fingers touching the solution. The base of the rack is placed in the vertical position to secure the slides in place, and is rotated sideways for allowing their easy removal. Available in dark grey only.
