Storage Box for Pin Type Specimen Stubs.

These Agar storage boxes are available in two  configurations. The first accepts 14 pin type stubs 12.7mm dia. (long or short), or eight 25mm dia. stubs or four 32mm dia. stubs. The second type (776-11) will accept  twelve each of the 10mm .The 776-12 accepts 14 of the15mm diameter Hitachi type stubs.

Multi Purpose SEM Storage Box.

Multi-purpose SEM storage box: for storage of SEM stubs  supporting specimen materials. Holds up to 12 specimen mounts. The multi purpose base accepts 3.1mm pin type, 10mm cylinder type or 15mm diameter cylinder stubs.

The box inserts are reversible

One side of the insert will hold 12  pin type stubs or 10 mm cylinder type stubs.

The reverse side of the insert will hold 12 pin type stubs or 15 mm diameter cylinder stubs.

Large Capacity Cabinet for SEM Stubs.

For storage of a large number of SEM stubs, this cabinet is ideal. This cabinet will hold 2240 of the pin type (#700) stubs in indexed rows in 10 drawers. The front door seals to prevent moisture from affecting the contents.

Mini Desiccator

This compact vacuum desiccator serves for dust, moisture, and corrosion protected storage of SEM specimens and calibration standards. Furthermore it is a robust carrying and shipping container.

Up to 18 pin type (# 700) SEM specimen stubs may be inserted. Alternatively two TEM grid boxes fit into the unit. The mini-desiccator is equipped with a tapered pump nozzle, which also serves as a vacuum valve. After evacuation the nozzle can be taken off, thus preventing undesired access. Overall dimensions: 130 x 130 x 42 mm. Inside chamber Dimensions: 100 mm diameter, 20 mm high.

The top section of this vacuum desiccator is made of clear polycarbonate for clear observation. The bottom section is polypropylene. The interior dimensions are102 mm in diameter , 59 mm high. The base is 175 mm in diameter.

Vacuum Desiccator for Specimen Storage

This small vacuum chamber is useful for vacuum drying SEM specimens . The top is molded of clear polycarbonate for full visibility. A strong ABS plastic plate with an O-ring seals against  the chamber’s flange. The polypropylene stopcock accepts  6.4mm I.D. tubing. The chamber’s inside diameter is 200 mm and maximum inside height is 110 mm. The bottom plate is 232mm in diameter and 44mm high.

Reusable Desiccant Canister

Desi-Can™ reusable canister is ideal for desiccators. The small, perforated canister is packed with an indicator silica gel, which is reversible. It can be regenerated easily in a 150°C oven in about 3 hours.
