High Vacuum Grease
Dow Corning® silicone lubricant has good stability at
high temperatures but is not recommended for use in electron microscopes. It
is most useful as a lubricant for glass to glass or glass to rubber

Apiezon® W
Wax
Apiezon® W Wax is a low vapor pressure wax for sealing
jobs in high vacuum pressure systems. This wax softens at 80-90°C.
Apiezon® W40 Wax is similar to type W, but has a lower
softening point which makes it suitable for flow sealing.
